Terms of Service

These Terms govern the Bikn service provided by N2itive, LLC, a Mississippi limited liability company. Your app store's terms and your non-waivable legal rights also apply.

1. What Bikn provides

Bikn is an educational utility for reviewing possible scams and considering practical next steps. It offers AI-assisted review of content you submit, examination of a pasted web address, step-by-step coaching, and family safe- word setup.

Digital Bodyguard can review pasted text, described situations and screenshots, and answer follow-up questions. Link Checker examines the wording and structure of a web address. It does not visit the site, verify its owner, or scan for malware.

Coaching, including guidance after money has been sent, offers general options. Bikn is not a bank, payment processor, emergency service, law firm, financial adviser or money-recovery service.

2. Important limits

AI responses can be incorrect, incomplete or misleading. Bikn cannot identify every scam or guarantee you will avoid fraud or loss. An absence of warning signs is not proof that a message, person, website or payment is safe.

No response from Bikn is authorization or approval to send money, share credentials, provide payment details or trust a third party. If a response appears to recommend such an action, verify independently first. Coaching does not replace professional advice or instructions from your bank, and does not promise recovery of funds.

You decide how to act. Nothing here removes a protection that cannot lawfully be excluded.

3. Access and connectivity

You do not need a Bikn account. Store purchases require your Apple or Google account.

AI checks require an internet connection. Coaching can work offline when the app can establish valid access from information already on your device. Loading plans, completing or restoring purchases, and refreshing access can require a connection.

AI features are subject to request-size and usage limits. A subscription does not provide unlimited requests or guarantee uninterrupted availability. The app may reject an oversized request, ask you to try later, or report a service as unavailable.

4. AI permission

Before Bikn sends your submitted content to our AI provider, you are asked to agree to that processing. Without current permission, Bikn does not send your submitted content for AI processing.

You can withdraw permission in the app. Withdrawal stops future submissions. It does not delete information already sent, and it does not affect your access to features that do not use AI. If the disclosure changes materially, you may be asked again.

5. Subscriptions and billing

Family safe-word setup is available without a subscription. Checks and coaching require a subscription or other valid access. There is no free trial in the current offering.

Monthly and annual subscriptions are sold through your app store. The purchase screen and store confirmation show the plan, local price, billing period and charges before you confirm; those displayed terms determine your price. Prices and availability vary by location.

Apple. Payment is charged to your Apple Account on confirmation. The subscription renews automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the current period ends, and your account may be charged within those final 24 hours. Manage or cancel in your Apple Account subscription settings.

Google Play. Payment is charged through your Google Play account on confirmation. The subscription renews automatically for the selected billing period unless you cancel in Google Play's subscription settings before renewal.

Canceling normally stops future renewals while leaving access through the paid period, subject to the store's rules. Uninstalling Bikn, ceasing to use it, or contacting us does not cancel a store subscription.

Refunds are handled by the store where you purchased, under its procedures and applicable law. These Terms do not remove statutory cancellation or refund rights.

6. Purchase delays and restoring access

A completed store transaction and confirmation of access are separate events. Access can be delayed while the store or subscription service processes information. An error, missing access or timeout does not necessarily mean you were not charged.

If the outcome is unclear, check your store subscription or purchase history before starting another purchase. Use Check access or Restore purchases, or contact support. A restore result is not proof that a payment failed or that no charge occurred.

These Terms do not promise that a purchase transfers between Apple and Google accounts or platforms.

7. Your content and permitted use

You keep any rights you have in what you submit. You give N2itive, LLC and the providers involved the limited permission needed to transmit, process and analyze that content to provide the feature you requested, subject to the Privacy Policy. This does not transfer ownership.

Submit only content you are entitled to share. Do not use Bikn to commit fraud, harm others, unlawfully disclose personal information, interfere with the service, or evade access and usage limits.

The app, its branding, software and coaching materials remain owned by N2itive, LLC or its licensors. You may use the app for its intended purposes under these Terms and your app-store license. You may not redistribute or commercially exploit our materials without permission, except where the law or that license allows.

8. Changes and suspension

We may maintain, update or change the service, and may restrict access where reasonably necessary to address abuse, security threats, unlawful activity or material violations of these Terms.

We will follow store rules and consumer law where a change affects an existing paid subscription, including any required notice, cancellation opportunity or refund. A technical outage does not by itself determine whether a store payment occurred.

9. Privacy and third-party services

The Privacy Policy explains what is processed to operate Bikn, including third-party AI processing, subscriptions, diagnostics and device storage. Accepting these Terms does not replace a permission the app asks for separately.

Apple and Google provide their store services under their own terms, and your app-store license also governs your installation and use of the app. These Terms supplement and do not override mandatory app-store provisions or non-waivable consumer rights.

10. Warranties and liability

To the extent the law permits, Bikn is provided on an "as available" basis without a promise of error-free results, uninterrupted operation or a particular outcome. Statutory guarantees that cannot be excluded remain in force.

To the fullest extent the law permits, N2itive, LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses arising from use of Bikn. This exclusion does not apply where the law prohibits it, and does not automatically exclude all fraud-related losses.

Nothing here excludes or limits liability for fraud, willful misconduct, gross negligence, or any injury, loss, statutory obligation or consumer remedy the law does not allow us to limit.

11. Governing law and disputes

Subject to non-waivable laws that protect you, these Terms are governed by Mississippi law, and disputes may be brought in courts of competent jurisdiction in Mississippi, except where the law gives you the right to bring a claim elsewhere.

You can contact support about a problem without giving up any legal right. These Terms contain no mandatory arbitration clause and no class-action waiver.

12. Updates

We may update these Terms and will show the effective date of the revised version. Where a material change requires notice or renewed agreement, we will provide it. Changes do not retrospectively remove rights you already have.
